1. Purpose and scope
These terms of sale govern all sales concluded on the site, with consumers as well as professionals. Placing an order implies their full acceptance. The provisions specific to professional accounts (shops and distributors) are set out in the article “Special conditions for professionals”.
2. Seller

3. Products
The products offered include trading cards, box sets, displays, accessories and Rise merchandise. Photographs show the actual packaging. If a product becomes unavailable after an order, the customer is informed and refunded.
4. Prices
Prices are expressed in euros. For consumers they include all taxes, the applicable VAT being determined by the delivery country. For approved professional accounts, prices are displayed excluding tax and VAT is applied on the invoice in accordance with the regulations in force. Delivery costs are shown before the order is confirmed.
5. Orders
Orders are placed online: cart, review of the summary, acceptance of these terms, then payment. A confirmation e-mail summarising the order is sent to the customer. The seller reserves the right to refuse any abnormal order or any order placed in bad faith.
6. Payment
Payment is made before shipping, by bank card, PayPal or bank transfer. For bank transfers, the order reserves the stock for a limited period, indicated at checkout — if payment is not received within that period, the order is automatically cancelled.
7. Delivery
Deliveries are made in France and internationally, to the address provided by the customer. Announced lead times are indicative. If a parcel arrives damaged, note reservations with the carrier and contact customer service without delay.
8. Right of withdrawal (consumers)
In accordance with the French Consumer Code, consumers have fourteen days from receipt to withdraw, without giving any reason. Products must be returned complete, in new condition, in their original packaging — sealed products (boosters, displays, box sets) that have been unsealed cannot be taken back. The refund is made within fourteen days of recovery of the products, return costs being borne by the customer. [To be completed: return address]
9. Legal warranties
All products benefit from the legal warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects provided for by French law. In the event of a defect, contact customer service, which will explain the procedure.
10. Special conditions for professionals
Access to trade prices is reserved for shop and distributor accounts approved by the Rise team. Professional orders are subject to the minimum quantities and packing units shown in the catalogue. Products remain the property of the seller until full payment of the price. The right of withdrawal and consumer warranties do not apply to professional purchases. Any late payment automatically incurs late-payment penalties and the statutory fixed recovery indemnity.
11. Liability
The seller cannot be held liable for non-performance due to force majeure or to the customer. The products are intended for play and collection — they are not suitable for young children.
12. Personal data
Data collected when ordering is processed in accordance with the Privacy policy available in the footer.
13. Mediation and disputes
In accordance with the French Consumer Code, consumers may use a consumer mediator free of charge: [To be completed: name and contact details of the chosen mediator]. For professionals, any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of the registered office of the seller.
