Data we collect
We collect the data needed for the site to operate: customer account data (identity, contact details and, for professional accounts, company information and supporting documents), order and billing data, messages sent via the contact form, and strictly necessary technical data (connection logs, language and cookie choices).
Purposes and legal bases
This data is used to manage accounts and orders (performance of the contract), to approve professional accounts, to answer requests sent via the contact form, to comply with legal obligations (invoicing, accounting) and, only with your consent, to measure the audience of the site.
Recipients
The data is intended for the Rise team and its strictly necessary technical providers: hosting (D.G.E. Concept Sàrl, Switzerland), payment providers and carriers for delivery. It is neither sold nor rented.
Retention periods
Account data is kept for the duration of the relationship and then deleted or anonymised. Billing data is kept for the statutory periods. Contact form messages are kept for the time needed to handle the request. Your cookie choice is kept for six months.
Cookies
The site only uses essential cookies (session, login, language, storage of your choice) and, with your consent, audience measurement. You can change your choice at any time via the “Manage cookies” link in the footer. The map on the Store Finder page is displayed via OpenStreetMap, without any account or advertising tracker.
Your rights
In accordance with the GDPR, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability over your data. To exercise them, use the Contact page of the site or the address given above. You may also lodge a complaint with the French supervisory authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr).
